Traditional Dalmatian budjola from Pivac – made from selected parts of pork loin that are salted, seasoned and air-dried slowly in the Dalmatian mountain air. The careful process produces a tender and flavorful meat with a round saltiness and slightly nutty tone. A classic delicacy that goes perfectly with the charcuterie board, on bread or with cheese and wine.
