Pivac Kulen – the classic spicy sausage from Slavonia.

Made from carefully selected pork, paprika, garlic and a pinch of cayenne, according to a traditional Slavonian recipe, the kulen is slowly air-dried for several weeks to develop its full-bodied flavour, firm texture and light heat.

Perfect with a charcuterie board, as tapas or with a mild cheese and a glass of red wine.
